Just before Sunrise, at Sunrise and just after Sunrise is THE best time to cultivate and balance your Chi.
So get up early, find a spot where you can witness the Sunrise then stretch, exercise, Tai-Chi, Qigong, Yoga, Walk or Jog....Whatever you'll DO!
Just Do It!
