Saturday Practice

 

The Details:

It's 63 at the house. The sunrise was at 7:14. The high tide was at 8:52. I've got a 10 am video meeting with Jeff this morning. It was cooler on the beach with a moderate north breeze.

Note: I saw Bill (the dog) with his human. I met Scotchie (the dog) after coming across the walk over.

I saw Al and Claire to wave to on 22nd Ave.

The Practice:

I started with a modified version of The 10+ focused on consistency and overall health.

Next I did a Round (right side) reciting the Taiji Classics during Part I. I focused on Slow and Smooth with Whole Body Connected Like a String of Pearls.

Next I did Healing Qigong

Next I did a round of Cheng style Baguazhang Old 8 Palms all 8 Changes (boths sides). I used Lion Walking and turned at the mid back towards the center of the circle reciting the names of the postures as I did them. 

Next I did a round of Anyo Pito focused on adding more pop to my basic Punches and Kicks.

Next I did a round of Sanchin Kata focused on connecting my breathing to my techniques and the quality of my Dynamic Tension.

Next I did a round of all four Modern Arnis Cane Anyo's (both sides) focused on coordination and flow.

I returned to the house to eat breakfast and journal today's practices.
