The Details:
It's 56 at the house. The sunrise was at 7:11. The high tide was at 6:04 (2.7). I'm trying to get back on the correct day in the rotation, I should be on Day #4 in the rotation.
The Practice:
I started with a full round of The 10+ focused on consistency and overall health. I feel that it's important on a whole bunch of levels to keep this set in my daily routine.
"Don't think, just Do"
Next I did a Round (left side) reciting the Taiji Classics during Part I. I contemplated the 10,000 day project that I've been doing since June 30th 2001. These past 1,000 days have been lasting FOREVER. I think it's "The watched pot never boils" syndrome. At any rate when I reached 8,000 days Master Ray was at my house in Leyden. That seems like a very long time ago!!
Next I did all 8 Postures of Standing PT and Healing Qigong. I've been successfully incorporating Standing into my daily practice. I especially think that the single leg Standing in Raise Hands is very helpful for cultivating with nature and the horizon.
Next I did Cheng style Baguazhang 8 Animal Palms Changes 5-8. I focused on #5 and #8 flushing out the directions on right and left sides. Realizing that this is actually day #5 in the rotation. I'll do these same changes later today and again tomorrow morning.
Next I did a round of Anyo Apat focused on getting my sequence back on track. I should have done this Anyo yesterday. I also tuned into my basics.
Next I did a round of Wansu Kata with the same mind set at Anyo Apat.
I returned to the house to take a shower, eat breakfast and journal today's practice's.
