I made it to the beach just before sunrise only to discover that the Army Cor of Engineers are in the middle of replenishing the beach and had all sorts of machinery on the beach. It was a wreck!
I did a full round of the original 10 Exercises with a few add on's
Next I did a Round (right side) focused on balance and sequence.
Next I did Standing Meditation and Healing Qigong.
Next I did a round of Anyo Isa focused on sequence.
Next I did a round of Seisan Kata focused on full extension
