After a zoom meeting with Jeff from 8-9....
I had a nice leisurely practice in the driveway this morning. After a brief Warm Up I proceeded to do a Spear practice followed by a review of the three Staff sets that I know and some free form double cane twirling from Modern Arnis.
I did a Round (right side) followed by a round of Bagua Zhang (second Yin Fu Set), Anyo Tatlo and Seiuchin Kata.
Nice leisurely practice. Very productive.
