I went into The Studio to teach the 8-9:30 am Qigong and T'ai Chi Ch'uan class. I had several honored guests participating and a few of the regulars too.
We focused on
Feeling the skin stretch
Feel the slip and slide of the antagonistic muscle
Feeling the movement come from release as opposed to contraction (shortening of muscles)
Feeling the release of the unweighted leg as opposed to only the feeling of the weighted of the leg contracting.
