The Photo:
I shot this image with my phone camera.
Sunrise was at 7:19 and low tide was at 4:21. It was warm but raining. There was a moderate wind from the south. I wore my new Gortex rain jacket with a butter fleece top....I was toasty! I didn't need gloves.
The Practice:
I put my back to the south wind and did a round of The 10+ as I was finishing I saw two lighting bolts just off shore to the N/E.....I packed up my canes and walked back to the house.
Next I did a Round (left side) in the backyard. Smooth and slow......Enjoying the stable surface of the patio to practice on. I tried to connect to and cultivate with the plants and trees in the backyard.
