The Details:
It's a chilly 44 at the house. Brrrr! I'm going to wait until it warms up a bit before going outside to practice.
The Practice:
I warmed up to 60 around 9 am and then I went out on the deck to practice.
I started with a full round of The 10+ focused on overall health, balance, breathing and coordination.
Next I did a Round (left side) reciting the Taiji Classics during Part I. I tuned into relaxed balance while stepping and kicking. I also reflected on "neither excess, nor deficiency" throughout the form. I also tuned into the serenity and calmness that is palpable in Leyden. With gratitude and appreciation.
Next I did a round of Standing Post Training (SPT) and Healing Qigong
Next I did a round of Anyo Lima focused on sequence and consistency. ( I mistakenly did Anyo Apat yesterday)
Next I did a round of Chinto Kata focused on agility and mobility. I also tuned into the proper sequence and direction (mapping) of postures. I had to do the last section twice in order to get it correct.
