The Details:
It's 47 at the house with a stiff W S/W breeze....Brrr!
The Practice:
I started in my main practice area with a full round of The 10+ focused on health, leg strength, coordination, breathing and consistency.
With the low temp and stiff breeze I found in too cold to continue so I went inside The Barn to do a Round (left side) reciting the Taiji Classics during Part I I focused on "Neither Severance nor Splice" attentive to the end of one posture and the beginning of the next. I also focused on opening and closing my spine throughout the Round.
Next I did a round of Anyo Apat (it should have been Lima, so I'll do that tomorrow) focused on sequence and applications.
Next I did a round of Chinto Kata (#5 Kata in the system) focused on agility and mobility
Next I went back outside to my main practice area to do a round of Taiji Double Dao using my Dragon Canes. I focused on shoulder health and agility.
I finished with Healing Qigong before returning to the house.
