I QW north and did a round of mobility and agility stretches and The Dragons Back at the 1/2 point. When I got back to 21st Ave I did a round of Yin style Baguazhang'a 8 Palms, Changes 1-4 (both sides) focused on the feeling. I did another round of mobility agility balance and strengthening on the Walk Over before returning to the house. I just love the feeling after those late afternoon beach walks!
