I've got a 8:45 appointment with Dr. Van Dyck in Brattleboro. I need to leave here at 8:00
I've got music in The Barn this afternoon from 2-4
The Practice:
I started in The Driveway with a very brief Warm Up and a Round of Part I.
After my Dr's appointment and breakfast at The Works in Brattleboro I came home and finished my Round doing Parts II & III focused on attention observing the Taiji Classics.
Next I did a brief Standing and Healing Qigong.
That's all I had time for today........
