The Photo:
The sunrise was at 7:18 with low tide at 7:10. It was cold (low 50's) with a steady north wind that was so strong I didn't dare to leave my camera on it's tripod out in the open. I put the camera in it's case and moved everything up near the WalkOver. Did I say....Brrrrrr! So different than yesterdays super hot noontime practice. I guess because of the cold and wind there were very few folks on the beach.
I did a full warm up using The 10+ followed by a Round (left side) focused on my whole body feeling light and agile and all of it's parts connected, as if they were a strip of pearls.
Next I reviewed Anyo Dalawa (#2) and Seisan Kata focused on full extension a bit more focus on kicks and punches and deeper stance work.
It was too cold and windy to continue with weapons training this morning. I needed to get back to the house to leave for Jacksonville to see my Mom. I wanted to leave by 9am to get there for 11.
Liver and Onions at the cafeteria....I passed!
