I'm currently on Bonaire scuba diving. I'm still practicing qigong and tai-chi at sunrise. Busy with diving so not much time to post here.

Oh, international travel at this point in time (covid) is a real hassle, lot's of red tape and hoops to crawl through. Good news is we both tested negative today on our mid trip required PCR test....YAY! That makes for test #4, one more to go to get back into the US. Wish us luck!
