I practiced on the deck this morning. I wanted easy access to classical music and tea. Echo joined me for the Warm Up.
I added a full Deck Railing stretch and the Cheng T'ing Hwa Bagua Zhang Single Leg Standing set.
I finished with a Round (right side) focusing on proper stretch/release of my fascia and it's effect on the Vagus Nerve. I monitored the alignment of my bones throughout the Round.
I did a Healing Qigong and Standing Meditation at the end.
Afterwards I took my BMW motorcycle for a 'joy ride'. Motorcycling remains the most dangerous thing I do on a regular basis.
