Only the ordinary can become extra-ordinary.
**The importance of developing a regular (daily) practice cannot be understated; No matter the endeavor.**
Only when whatever you are practicing becomes common place, can you expect your results (on all levels) to transcend your personal best and truly become EXTRAORDONARY!!!
A common misunderstanding is that high levels of skill's are due to natural talent but the truth is, extraordinary results only come to those that can apply effort, consistently, over a period of time.

My current training partners.....
I would always suggest to have a 'set point' whenever you're practicing martial arts, especially Modern Arnis. A set point is equally important when practicing internally for personal cultivation.
Often my internal 'set point' is nature itself, especially water. My personal preference is the Ocean, a good waterfall is a close second.
Enjoy your practice!

My practice spot this morning.....
Mid-morning, high (ish) tide, I was looking for a bit of shade. I had to clear a few reeds, but had a very nice round. I've been watching Sifu Ray Harwards videos (Patreon), teaching Master Liangs Long Form. Very relaxed mental focus, full of emptiness....Wu Wei. He is a wonderful, fully inspired, teacher.
