Monday Practice

 

Busy morning - Early dental cleaning appointment, Cybex at the YMCA and stocking up on fuel for the lawnmower. 

Here I am about to start my morning practice yesterday. I was experimenting with a placing my GoPro on a rock instead of a tripod. I inadvertently had it set on single photo's and I ended up getting this selfie.

It's a rainy day, so after getting back to Leyden after appointments and chores I practiced indoors. 

Spear target practice....First accuracy with a Jab, add the Follow Step, then with a full Thrust (pool cue/full Fa). FYI - It's much more difficult to be accurate with the full Thrust.
