#2 Exercise in the driveway
Beautiful weather today....Happy Labor Day!
I started my practice in the driveway with a full Warm Up; The 10+ Exercises, Wall Squats, Master Choi's Bagua Zhang Standing Set....#7 using Hun/Haah Breathing, HuiYin Breathing and Reverse Breathing. I focused on Song Gong.
I had several interruptions during my Round (right side) but was able to re-connect to the 'feeling'. Today I focused on 'getting out of the way'. I did monitor (from a meditative mind set) the beginning, middle and end of each posture.
