Tuesday Practice

 

Sunrise was at 6:47 this morning. Although there was heavy cloud cover and a stiff east wind it was warm enough and sufficient beach to practice on so I did.

I started with a full warm up and a little work on Palm #3 Snake and Hawk Palm. Then a Round (left side). I focused on the feeling of the earth pushing up against my feet and connecting to nature. Excellent Round by the sea!
