The Details:
It's 47 at the house. The sunrise was at 7:18. Prepping the house for our departure to NSB in a week.
The Practice:
I'm having a difficult time getting started, pretty consistently. Oy! When I find myself overthinking and ready to 'clean closets' I just start, even if I have to modify what and how many of ??? that I do.
This morning I started in The Driveway with a round of Taiji Double Dao using my heavy metal broadswords. I focused on the health and agility benefits.
Next I did a full round of The 10+ tuned into the health benefits that I'm deriving from daily practice of The 10. Bow to Dr. Leung for teaching me them all those years ago (1979)
Next I did a full round of Yin Fu Baguazhang '8 Linking Palm Set' focused on consistency (daily Baguazhang) and health.
Next I went to my main practice area and did a Round of Taiji (left side) reciting the Taiji Classics as I practiced. It got too windy to finish my Round in my main practice area so came inside and went out on The Deck for Part III. I had a profound feeling of 'Swimming In Air' and a profound connection to the Qi of Nature.
Next I did a round of Anyo Tatlo focused on agility and applications
Next I did a round of Seiunchin Kata tuned into the correct sequence, techniques and application.
I finished with SPT and Healing Qigong
