The Details:
It's 51 at the house. It rained overnight . I've got a dental cleaning at Dr. Goldsher's at 11 am this morning.
I'm having dinner with Travis at 6:30 tonight at the new Mexican restaurant (El Nopalito) where the old Athens Restaurant in the Montague Plains.
The Practice:
I started downstairs (inside) with a full round of The 10+ I was focused on being consistent for overall health benefits. I did not use dumbbells for #8. I did Dragon's Back and Ba Shi as well as the three swings (tuned into stimulating the Belt Meridian) and Song Gong (focused on the Triangles, starting at my feet and adding as I go up the body).
Next I went upstairs to The Loft and did a Round (right side) reciting the Taiji Classics during Part I. I remained focused on feeling Jin expand upward from my feet and form in my fingers. I also tuned into Taoist LB in and out through the nose.
Next I did Cheng style Baguazhang 8 Animal Palms (Mother Palms) Changes 5-8 (both sides) I focused on Mud-Wading Stepping and Square Stepping (#5 Phoenix Palm).
Next I did a round of Anyo Lima tuned into the correct sequence and applications.
Next I did a round of Chinto Kata focused on developing mobility and agility.
I finished with Healing Qigong.
I returned to the house to prepare for the Dentist visit and to journal today's practices.
