The Details:
It's 69 at the house. The sunrise was at 7:13. The high tide was at 8:11 (2.8'). I've got a haircut scheduled for 10 with Barbara (oops! it should have been Tonya) on Flagler Ave.
Note: I met 'Bill' the dog on the beach this morning. I had lot's of passersby wave or say hi. There were two young guys sitting on the beach leaning up against the seawall at the Ocean Beach Club. I waved to Josh (the new owner of Ocean Beach Club). He was on his deck with his two Goldendoodles.
The Practice:
I started with a full round of the original 10 Exercises. I made some adjustments for my knees.
Next I did a Round (right side) tuned into a profound connection to nature, balance, breathing and slow and smooth, with full body Song throughout the Round.
Next I did all 8 Postures for Standing PT then Healing Qigong.
Next I did a round of Yin style Baguazhang 8 Palms Changes 5-8 tuned into balance (soft sand) and turning from the mid back.
Next I did a round of Anyo Pito focused on using the correct technique in the correct direction.
Next I did a round of Sunsu Kata tuned into using quality Basics throughout.
Next I used two Arnis sticks to do a round of Taiji Double Dao tuned into shoulder health and using the correct sequence.
I returned to the house to make and eat breakfast, call Hair Stop and journal today's practices.
