Notes:
It's Eli C. 14th birthday today. Flair is coming between 9-noon to service our air conditioning system.
The Practice:
I practiced in the soft sand on the west side of the big black pipe.
I started with a full round of The 10 focused on consistency and health.
My energy level has been very low lately. I'm not sure what the cause is so I just keep doing the best I can!
Next I did a round of Cheng Style Baguazhang 8 Animal Palms Changes 5-8 (both sides) tuned into using the correct sequence/direction and placement of the circle. I had to spend a bit of extra time on #8 to get it right.
Next I did a round of Anyo Tatlo tuned into getting back to the rotation of Forms.
Next I did a round of Chinto Kata tuned in to mobility and agility as well as sequence/direction.
Next I did a Round (left side) focused on overall health and balance.
Next I did a full round of Standing Meditation (all 8 Postures) and Healing Qigong.
I was out of gas! I returned to the house to eat breakfast and journal today's practices.
