The Practice:
I started with a round of Taiji Dao using my wooden Bokken. I focused on correct sequence, timing and the quality of my basics.
Next I did a round of Pa-Kua Knife focused on correct sequence I made it all the way through with several grey area's.
Next I did a Round (right side) focused on feeling and connecting to mother nature.

Next I did a round of Cheng Style Baguazhang 8 Animal Palms Changes 1-4 (Lion, Snake, Bear and Dragon) focused on health and mobility.
Next I did a round of Anyo Apat tuned into sequence and basics.
Next I did a round of Wansu Kata focused on using quality basics, balance and mobility.
I returned to the house to eat breakfast and journal today's practices.
