I have Echo duty this morning, so I practiced on the deck.
I started with a full Warm Up with the Single Leg Standing Meditation Set from Cheng T'ing Hwa Bagua Zhang for #9 Exercise.
I then did a Round (left side) while listening to the Tai-Chi Classics that I have recorded on a cassette player. I was focused on counter-balancing "Stand like a balanced scale" throughout the Round.
I then did a round of the Internal Bagua Zhang Set from Cheng T'ing Hwa Bagua Zhang.
Afterwards I did a full Spear session with my Century Spear.
Very productive practice session.
