Monday Practice

                                            One of the main postures for Standing Meditation

It was cool and raw again this morning but it wasn't raining so I practiced outside on The Patio. 

I started with Standing Meditation, Bagua circle walking forward and backward, The 10+Exercises. I used the old 8 palms set from Cheng style Bagua Zhang.

Next I moved to The Deck to do a Round (right side) to classical music. I continue to focus on Hun/Haah, contract and expand, from hip, to foot, to leg, to waist to fingers. 

                       Raise Hands and Step Up is one of my favorite Standing Meditation postures.
