It was warmer this morning but still a bit raw. I practiced on the deck.
I started with a full warm up using the 10+ exercises. I did a deck railing stretch with railing push ups too.
Afterwards I did a round of Bagua Walking forward and backward along with a round of the old 8 palms.
Next I did a Round (right side) focusing on expanding and contracting, opening and closing with my whole body connected like a string of pearls.
