The Details:
It's 59 at the house. I've had some email back and forth with Jeff this morning about the glitch at the bank. We are scheduled to do the crash boat for the Sunfish Races this evening.
The Practice:
I went out to practice on The Deck with my trusty practice partner Echo around mid-morning.
I started with a full round of The 10+ modifying the Ba-Ji because I think going deep in the Cross Leg Stance bothered my knees.
Next I did a Round (left side) reciting my version of The Taiji Classics during Parts I & II. I mostly focused on consistency and the overall health benefits of daily Rounds.
Next I did a round of Changes (both sides) 1-4 of Cheng Style Baguazhang 8 Mother (Animal) Palms focused on the order I'm going to be doing these on. I have today as day #6.
Next I did a round of Anyo Anim (#6) attempting to get all my forms on a set schedule. 8 days and 8 forms.
Next I did a round of Kusanku Kata (#6) focused on agility and mobility. This is a challenging form to practice after 70!
Next I did a round of Taiji Double Dao (#6) using my wooden broadswords focused on shoulder health.
I ended with Healing Qigong and returning inside to journal today's practice here in this blog.
