The Details:
It's 54 at the house. I have lots to do today. I'm a bit overwhelmed! Oy Vey!
The Practice:
I started on The Deck with a full round of the original 10 Exercises.I'm experimenting using the original 10 Exercises when my choice (energy and time restraints) is doing a 'brief' Warm Up.
Next I went out to my main practice area and did a Round (right side) reciting The Taiji Classics during Parts I & II.
Next I did a round of Cheng style Baguazhang 8 Animal (Mother) Palms Changes 5-8 (both sides) I used Mud-Wading Stepping throughout. I've come to realize that when practicing #6 (Phoenix) I'm should be aiming for a whirling dervish like spinning. It seemed to help to put me in position for the next posture.
Next I did a round of Anyo Lima focused on applications using the correct sequencing.
Next I did a round of Chinto Kata...Oops I just realized that I didn't do this Kata...Yet!
Next I did a round of Taiji Jian using my Lung Ching Jian and reciting names of the postures throughout the round. I also focused my eyes on the tip of the sword.
I finished with Healing Qigong and Line of Lazy D (using my Lung Ching Jian) with my left hand.
I returned to the house to journal today's practice.
