The Details:
It's 67 at the house. The sunrise was at 6:40. The high tide was at 8:04. I was surprised that there was so much beach to practice on. Last night the moon was 100% full and it's November. Last year I had to time my visits to the beach because the only time there was enough beach to walk or practice on was an hour or so on either side of low tide. Apparently it's different this year? I'll take it!!
The Practice:
"Patience and persistence are painful,
but it can gradually bring you benefits"
I Qigong Walked (QW) to the beach right around sunrise.
After taking a photo I started with a full round of The 10+ tuned into consistency and overall health.
Next I did a Round (left side) reciting the Taiji Classics during Part I. I remained focused on "Whole Body is Light and Agile and All of it's Parts are Connected Like a String of Pearls".
Next I did Healing Qigong and Standing PT
Next I did a round of Yin style Baguazhang Changes 5-8 (both sides) reciting the names of the postures when I could.
Next I did a round of Anyo Pito focused on using the correct sequence in the correct direction. (Cognition)
Next I did a round of Sunsu Kata tuned into the variety movements. I got a bit confused towards the end of the Kata.
Next I returned to the house and flushed out Sunsu Kata.
Next I did a round of Monkey Staff. I needed to do a round of this form to make up for yesterday.
Next I did a round of Lo Family Staff tuned into the "Round The Head" and pool cue thrusts.
I'm all caught up. I'm not sure what I'll do in the long run as far as it goes for practicing the weapons forms that I know on the beach.
