The Army Core Of Engineers keeps moving the replenishing beach project south. They are just north of The Pelican now.
The Details:
It's 40 at the house. (4 in Leyden). The sunrise was at 7:10. The low tide was at 6:03.
Notes:
We're still dealing with the insurance company (Travelers) and the HVAC (Tognarelli) folks about the damage that we had to our home in Leyden. We're scheduled for Tuesday at 10 for an insurance assessment, IF we can find someone to be there. Oy!!
The Practice:
Yesterday I did a late afternoon QW on the beach with a little stretching and 'heel pounding' at the beginning and stretching and strengthening on the 21st Ave Walkover at the end.
I started inside with a full round of the original 10 Exercises focused on Health.
Next I went out to the backyard and did a round of Anyo Apat focused on sequence and applications.
Next I did a round of Kusanku Kata tuned into mobility and agility.
Next I did a round of Taiji Dao using a wooden Bokken. I focused on sequence and timing.
Next I did a round of Pa-Kua Knife tuned into correct sequence and agility.
Next I did a Round (right side) focused on principles
Next I did a full round of Standing Meditation (all 8 postures) followed by Healing Qigong.
