I still have not found my RF pouch with the MA license and two credit cards. Very frustrating! I've cancelled the credit cards and ordered a new MA license, but still....What a pain in the ass.
I found it!! I had placed it in the pouch of my new water bottle. Yay!!
I've got a 10 am video call with Jeff and a phone call with Sifu Ray this afternoon.

The Practice:
I started inside with a full round of the original 10 exercises focused on consistency.
Next I went outback and did a Round (right side) reciting the Taiji Classics during Part I
I remained focused on using Neutral Postures.
Next I did Standing and Healing Qigong.
Next I did a round of Taiji Dao using the right side of the aluminum double Dao set that I have. I focused on using the correct sequence.
Next I did a round of Pa-Kua Knife using my aluminum Dao focused on correct sequence.
Next I did a round of Monkey Staff focused on using high quality postures.
On my QW on the Beach I did a round of Cheng Style Baguazhang Mother Palms (8 Animal Palms) alternating sides focused on Lion Walking and using quality techniques.
I did stretching and strength training on the 21st Ave Walkover.
