I saw that Brent Borbeau passed away in Florence recently. He was born in 1960 and was instrumental in my early experience with American Karate.
The Practice:
I started with a full round of The Original 10, adding the Three Swings and Song Gong at #10.
Next I did a Round (right side) reciting the Taiji Classics during Part I
Next I did a round of Yin Style Baguazhang 8 Linking Palms Changes 1-4 (both sides) focused on turning my head and spine all the way to the rear.
Next I did a round of Anyo Dalawa focused on using quality basics.
Next I did a round of Naihanchi Kata tuned into the changes that I've made to this Kata.
I returned to the house to eat breakfast and journal today's practices,
