I'm waiting on John Jr. from the Mcgrew Garage Door to deliver the sticker and paper work to prove that the garage door is 'impact resistant' for the insurance agent.

I'm trying to get out to The sunrise with a camera (Sony) and tripod this morning. I didn't bring my camera but I did manage to get to the beach for sunrise. It's better earlier! I shot the sunrise with my IPhone 15.
The Practice:
I started with a full round of The 10 and added the Three Swings and Song Gong at #10. I focused on consistency and overall health.
Next I did a Round (right side) reciting the Taiji Classics during Part II.
"Hang the Muscles,
Open the Joints"
Next I did Standing and Healing Qigong.
Next I did a round of Yin Style Baguazhang 8 Palms Changes 1-4 (both sides) focused on full turn to the rear. I recited the names of the postures on some of them.
Next I did a round of Anyo Anim tuned into applications and full extension.
Next I did a round of Kusanku Kata focused on mobility and agility.
