I've got to go into the Greenfield Savings Bank to get the titles for my BMW r1200rt and Volvo S70 T5 so that I can sell them. I had a few inquiries yesterday.
I need to call or text Travis about breakfast or lunch tomorrow.
We need to prepare the house for the Ponton's tomorrow.
The Practice:
I started on The Deck with a brief Warm Up then did a Round (left side) focused on Observing and Consistency
Next I did Standing and a brief Healing Qigong.
